HOW WE WORK

If you are new to having someone help you with your interior decorating needs it can be daunting. We understand that not everyone knows exactly what to expect. Our approach makes sure you are comfortable with every step and every decision. We will make sure we understand your expectations so we can ensure we are all on the same page throughout our entire engagement!

DISCOVERY CALL

The journey to transforming your space begins with our discovery call. This is a casual yet essential conversation where we get to know each other and dive into your vision for your project. During this call, we'll discuss your design preferences, needs, and goals for the space you want to decorate.

IN PERSON / SITE MEETING

After our discovery call, the next step is an in person or site meeting. This is where the magic starts to take shape! We'll take a closer look at your space, measure your dimensions and assess factors like lighting, flow, and layout. We'll dive deeper into your design preferences and needs to determine the best design solutions that will work in your specific environment.

CONTRACT

Once we've discussed your vision, reviewed the details, and agreed on a design direction, the next step is to formalize everything with a contract. This ensures that we are both on the same page and provides clarity about the scope of the project, timelines, budget and overall expectations.

CONCEPT DESIGN

We will present your customized design concept, which may include mood boards, colour palettes, furniture selections, layout options, and any other elements we've discussed. We will discuss each design elements and how it fits your style and functional needs. This is your chance to provide feedback and make any adjustments. Once the design concept is finalized together, we'll be ready to move forward with sourcing and implementation.

SOURCING & PROCUREMENT ( $ optional )

This step is completely optional and is at an additional and separate cost.

We will source all the furniture, accessories, lighting, and finishes specified in the design concept. This includes finding pieces that match the style, quality, and budget we've agreed on. We will work with trusted suppliers and vendors to ensure all items are available and within the agreed-upon timelines for your project.
