The Cozy Den Interiors (the amazing Mel Grosz) staged our home with the intention of making it look its best on the real estate market. Working closely with Royal Lepage (the amazing Lenka Eberhardt) they worked every room and corner to bring out how amazing of a home we had for 20 years where we raised our girls. When I say they killed it…it’s only because I don’t know what I could say that would explain how amazing it was. We almost didn’t recognize it. They clear out the clutter that you collect over the years that means so much to you and your family…to make it refreshed, clean, and organized to a buyers eye. Our house sold of course, for more than asking, the day it hit the market. I continue to call on Mel for her keen eye and remarkable taste while designing our new build inside and out.
